Other lavish, Prophecy features on this guitar include a highly figured quilt maple top, pearl knobs, strap locks, graphite nut, Grover tuners, a bound ebony fingerboard, unique blade inlay, and a deep, rich black finish. The hard maple set neck and 24-fret ebony fingerboard provide a playground two full octaves in length. The LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece add more sustain and make string changing easier. The SG Prophecy guitar's Gibson pickups are extreme-output units designed for more of everything. The Gibson Dirty Fingers pickup comes with a 4-conductor lead and is wax-potted to eliminate unwanted microphonic feedback. Coil-splitting options on both pickups mean you'll never run out of tone options.
